14-Day Return: We provide 14 days Money Back Guarantee. If you are unhappy with our product and it is unopened, you can return the product to us and get a refund.
Please note: for health and hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange if products have been opened, worn, or used. To request a return, please kindly get in touch with our Customer Support team(service@cherrybyofficial.com) to agree on the return and get instructions on how to proceed.
Incorrect Product Ordered
If you change your mind or realize you ordered an incorrect product, pls contact our Customer Care (service@cherrybyofficial.com), we are able to make a change or cancel your order before the product is shipped from our warehouse.
If your product has been shipped already, we could not make changes anymore.
Incorrect Product Received
What if your incorrect order has been shipped already? Or what if there's a mistake in the product shipped to you? There're 2 ways to back your money:
1. Pls reject the package at the time of delivery and mark Return to Sender (RTS).
2. Pls contact us within 48 hours once you received the package, we are glad to guide you through the return process.
Product Not Received
If your product was not delivered at all or lost, pls contact our Customer Care (service@cherrybyofficial.com), we will investigate the matter with the logistics carrier, and then will arrange a replacement or refund for you as soon as possible.
Product Damaged or Faulty
If you have received a damaged or faulty product, pls contact our Customer Care (service@cherrybyofficial.com) to clearly detail the issues you are having, we will replace or refund your order at our discretion.
We need you to return the faulty product and any accessories that came with it, with their original packaging.

Return Requirements:
Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging;
The return address is the address notified by customer service email:service@cherrybyofficial.com
Please attach your name, phone number, address, and a copy of the invoice/receipt.
Exchange Requirements:
Unshippedorders: Please contact customer service to replace the products for you, customer service email: service@cherrybyofficial.com
Signed orders: the products must meet the returnable standards, please contact our customer service to get the return address.
Shipping Costs:
- The postage depends on the rate of the logistics company in your area.
- Freight, taxes,and insurance are not refundable.
- Cherrybyofficial will not be responsible for any return or exchange costs.
Refund Processing Time:
- We will process refund after we receive returned package within 7 workdays.
- Refund will be refunded to the card you paid. When you will receive the refund, that depends on your payment method (Paypal takes 24 hours, credit cards take 7-15 business days to show a refund).
